Mid-February 2026 Update: Pipelines, AI, MCP Server, and a Mobile App on the Way

The past few months have been our busiest yet. We shipped a wave of features designed to turn Booked55 from a smart contact manager into a full-spectrum relationship operating system. Here is what landed since our last update.

Visual Pipeline Boards

Deals don't live in spreadsheets anymore. Booked55 now ships with fully customizable Kanban-style pipeline boards. Gmail & Google Calendar Integrations

Connect your Gmail account and send emails to contacts without ever leaving the CRM. Link your Google Calendar to sync events, view availability, and keep your schedule aligned with your pipeline. Both integrations use OAuth for secure, one-click setup.

MCP Server: Bring Your Own AI

We shipped a dedicated Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that exposes 27 CRM tools to any compatible AI client — including ChatGPT, Claude, and custom agents. That means you can manage contacts, companies, tasks, events, and pipelines using natural language from your favorite AI assistant. The server uses a layered discovery model (discover → plan → execute) and ships with full OAuth 2.0 security, rate limiting, and audit logging.

Workspace Settings & API Keys

Switching to Booked55 or merging in a new contact list? The CSV import tool lets you upload hundreds or thousands of contacts in one go. Map your columns, preview the data, and import — your entire network is inside Booked55 in minutes, not hours.

Scoreboards & Activity Tracking

Numbers don't lie. The new scoreboard dashboard breaks down every salesperson's activity — contacts earned, events attended, appointments booked, customers won, and tasks completed — so you can see exactly where you are strong and where you need to improve. Are you attending enough events? Following up fast enough? Closing at the rate you should be? Scoreboards answer those questions at a glance.

Filter by user to compare individual performance, or zoom into a specific time period to spot trends. Managers get a bird's-eye view of the team, while individual reps get a personal performance dashboard that highlights the skills and habits worth doubling down on — and the ones that need work.

Coming Soon: Android & iOS Mobile App

We are actively building a native mobile app for Android and iOS. The goal: lightning-fast CRM workflows on the go. The app already supports contact management, company browsing, event creation, task tracking, and organization switching — all built on React Native with Expo. We are putting the finishing touches on it and will announce availability in the coming weeks. Stay tuned.

We are just getting started. The roadmap includes deeper automation triggers, richer AI insights, more third-party integrations, and a polished mobile experience.
