Why We Built This
Most CRMs are built for managers who want dashboards. Booked55 is built for salespeople who want to close. We started with a problem we kept seeing firsthand: sales teams drowning in tools that tracked everything except what actually mattered — the human side of the relationship.
A client's daughter is heading to college. A prospect mentioned they are training for a marathon. A key contact just changed roles. These details are what turn a cold follow-up into a real conversation. But no CRM was designed to capture and surface them at the right moment.
So we built one. Booked55 is a relationship-first CRM that combines contact management, visual pipelines, AI-powered outreach, and deep integrations — all designed around the way salespeople actually work. We added an MCP server so your favorite AI assistant can read your CRM directly. We built scoreboards so reps can see where they are strong and where they need to improve. And we are building a native mobile app for workflows on the go.
Based in Canada, our team is small and focused. We ship fast, we listen to feedback, and we care about the product because we use it ourselves.
